Terms of Service

By booking service, you authorize H&J Cooling (and assigned technicians) to diagnose and repair your equipment. Estimates may be adjusted after on-site diagnostics. Payment is due per invoice terms. Warranty on workmanship 30–90 days depending on service.

• Scheduling windows are estimates; delays can occur due to traffic/parts availability.
• Permits for installations will be handled when required; fees may apply.
• Emergency service is not a substitute for life-safety emergencies (call 911).
• Any parts not on-truck will be quoted and installed in a follow-up visit.
